Stanly Arts Guild announces winner of Hartley Art Scholarship
The Stanly Arts Guild is pleased to announce Rylan Furr as the 2025 recipient of the Patricia Blake Hartley Art Scholarship.
Rylan is a recent graduate of North Stanly High School and the son of J. P. and Julie Furr of New London. He was highly recommended for the scholarship by teachers, coaches, and high school administrators.
